PayUp Mobile uses SMS messaging for authentication and transactional notifications.

By providing your mobile phone number within the app, you consent to receive:

  • One-time password (OTP) verification codes
  • Account notifications
  • User-initiated invitations
  • Expense-related transactional alerts

Messages are sent only in response to user activity within the app.

PayUp Mobile does not send promotional or marketing messages.

Message frequency varies depending on user activity.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

5.4 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.

Opting out may limit your ability to use certain features, including phone verification.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or exploit the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. User-Generated Content

  • Group entries
  • Messages you initiate through the app

You represent that you have the right to provide any information entered into the Service.

We do not monitor or control user-generated content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, logos, software, and technology related to PayUp Mobile are the exclusive property of PayUp Mobile or its licensors.

  • Create derivative works

without prior written consent.
